  • Day Program

    Citadel Day Program -Day groups meet from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday. There are 10-minute breaks between groups.

  • Group Sessions

    Our group services integrate evidence-based practices of 12-step Facilitation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Fellowship Recovery offers co-occurring enhanced services to its clients.

  • Individual Sessions

    Clients may arrive early before or stay after Day or Night Programs for individual sessions. Options for Individual Sessions via Zoom may be available. Schedule all sessions with your councilor.

  • Evening Program

    Citadel Evening Program -Evening groups meet from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday. There are 10-minute breaks between groups.

Group Specific

LGBTQIA+ Track – Fellowship IOP (Daytime Only - Minneapolis)

Fellowship IOP offers a dedicated daytime track specifically for LGBTQIA+ clients, designed to create a safe, affirming, and identity-conscious space for individuals navigating recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. This track integrates culturally responsive care with evidence-based practices, led by a Licensed Clinician with experience serving LGBTQIA+ communities. Programming includes group therapy, individual counseling, and psychoeducation tailored to the unique experiences and needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals in recovery. Clients are supported in building resilience, community connection, and sustainable wellness in a space where authenticity and lived experience are respected and affirmed.

High Risk/High Recidivism Track – Fellowship IOP (Daytime Only - Minneapolis)

Fellowship IOP offers a specialized daytime track for individuals with high-risk, high-recidivism backgrounds, including those with multiple treatment episodes, legal involvement, or chronic relapse histories. This program is built for people who’ve been through it—and are ready for something different. With a strong focus on accountability, structure, and real-world skill-building, our Licensed Counselor leading this track delivers evidence-based treatment that addresses both substance use and the underlying drivers of recidivism. Clients engage in targeted group therapy, individual support, and care coordination designed to disrupt the cycle and build sustainable change. It’s intensive, it’s honest, and it’s built for people serious about turning things around.

Native American/Alaska Native Family Track – Fellowship IOP (Daytime Only - St. Louis Park)

Fellowship IOP proudly offers a culturally specific daytime track at our Family Program for mothers with children and fathers with children who identify racially and/or ethnically as Native American and/or Alaska Native. ska Native. This track is grounded in respect, tradition, and healing. This track integrates culturally informed care with evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, honoring the unique historical, spiritual, and communal experiences of Indigenous peoples. Programming includes group and individual therapy, culturally responsive curriculum, and space for traditional healing practices, guided by a Licensed Clinician who understands the importance of identity, ancestry, and intergenerational strength. This is a place for connection, restoration, and reclaiming wellness—rooted in culture, guided by community.

Gender-Specific Tracks – Fellowship IOP (Daytime Only - Men are at Minneapolis and Women are at St. Louis Park)

Fellowship IOP offers multiple gender-specific daytime tracks designed to provide a safe, focused space for individuals who benefit from processing their recovery journey in gender-aligned groups. This track addresses the unique ways gender identity, roles, and experiences impact substance use, mental health, relationships, and trauma. With targeted group therapy, individual counseling, and a supportive peer environment, clients are able to explore their healing with greater comfort, relevance, and connection. Led by Licensed Clinicians attuned to gender dynamics and responsive care, this track empowers clients to build resilience, reclaim their voice, and move forward with clarity and strength.

Complex Mental Health Track – Fellowship IOP (Day & Evening Options, Both Locations)

Fellowship IOP offers multiple specialized tracks for individuals managing significant co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These tracks are designed to support clients experiencing conditions such as PTSD, mood disorders, severe anxiety, severe depression, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and more. Programming is available in both daytime and evening hours at our Minneapolis location, and daytime hours at our St. Louis Park location, providing flexible access to intensive, structured care.

Clients on these caseloads receive focused group therapy, individual counseling, and treatment coordination specifically aligned with community-based mental health services. Care is delivered by clinicians who are either dually licensed or actively pursuing dual licensure, ensuring informed, integrated treatment. These providers are supported and supervised by our two highly experienced, dual-licensed, BBHT-approved clinical supervisors with extensive expertise in providing complex co-occurring care.

The Complex Mental Health tracks are designed to offer more than symptom management—they provide a stabilizing, skill-building environment that supports meaningful, long-term recovery, regardless of the complexity of a client’s history or diagnosis.

Medical Cannabis-Friendly Programming – Fellowship IOP (Minneapolis Location)

At our Minneapolis location, Fellowship IOP offers medical cannabis-friendly programming for clients who are legally enrolled in Minnesota’s medical cannabis program. We recognize that recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—and that for some, medical cannabis is part of a comprehensive, doctor-guided treatment plan. Our approach is rooted in harm reduction, clinical integrity, and open, judgment-free dialogue. Clients can expect high-quality co-occurring care, evidence-based therapy, and a treatment environment that respects individual health choices while maintaining accountability and safety. We meet people where they are—without compromising the standard of care.
